RVebuy may receive account details, support messages, listing descriptions, prices, business details, contact information, and photos. Information selected for a public listing may be visible to anyone. Avoid publishing personal information not needed for an inquiry.

Accounts and authentication

RVebuy uses Clerk for sign-up, sign-in, sessions, and account features. Clerk processes account identifiers, authentication details, and session information. Authentication providers may use cookies or similar technologies needed for sessions and account protection.

Purchases and subscriptions

RVebuy uses Stripe for checkout, subscription billing, and its customer portal. Card details are entered into Stripe's services rather than listing forms. RVebuy receives records such as customer and subscription identifiers, service selections, payment status, and transaction references to administer purchased services.

Listings and photos

Listing data is stored and used to create, review, manage, and display listings. Uploaded photos are stored in Google Cloud Storage and delivered to authorized or public pages as appropriate. Visitors can copy public contact details and photos, so submit only material you may publish.

Technical and usage information

Servers and providers may process request and security logs, including IP address, request time, page or endpoint, browser or device information, referrer, and diagnostic events. RVebuy may use cookies and similar technologies for authentication, security, preferences, operation, analytics, or activity measurement. Technologies may change as the service evolves.

Use and sharing

Information is used to operate accounts and listings, publish selected information, administer purchases, provide support, secure and improve the service, understand use, enforce terms, and meet legal obligations. It may be provided to vendors supporting hosting, storage, authentication, billing, communications, security, analytics, and operations; disclosed through public listings; or disclosed when reasonably necessary for law, safety, misuse investigations, or a business transaction.

Retention and choices

Information is kept as reasonably needed for these purposes, including operations, transaction and listing records, disputes, security, and legal obligations. Retention varies by record and provider. Use available account tools to update eligible information. Access, correction, or deletion requests may be emailed to RVebuy; identity verification or legal, security, transactional, and technical limits may apply.

Other sites, children, and changes

Third-party links are governed by their own policies. RVebuy is a general-audience marketplace not directed to children under 13. RVebuy may revise this policy as services or obligations change and will identify a new publication or update date.
